Terms and Conditions of Promo Event "BECOME A CHAMPION WITH ASUS!"
("Rules").


1. General

1. These Terms and Conditions describe the public promotion "BECOME A CHAMPION WITH ASUS!" (hereafter "Promo").
2. The Promo is open to the public. Any number of persons can take part in it by meeting the required criteria and complying with these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promo is carried out in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia at a website located at http://www.eventasus.com from February 27 through April 08, 2018 till 23:59 Moscow time ("Promo Period").
4. Applications to take part in the Promo shall be accepted from March 13 through April 22, 2018.
5. The organizer reserves the right to change the Promo Period and the Reward Issue Period by notifying all the promo participants about its prolongation or termination at the promo website http://www.eventasus.com.

2. Promo terms and conditions :

1. The Promo is open to take part in for any legally capable citizen of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and for any permanent resident of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia ("Participant"). Legal entities are not permitted to take part in the Promo.
2. The organizer's employees and representatives, their affiliated persons, family members and any persons that are in any way involved in the organization and/or running of this Promo (and their family members) may not take part in the Promo.
3. The Promo is carried out among participants who meet the criteria specified in these Terms and Condition and comply with their requirements.
4. To take part in the Promo, it is necessary to:

• Purchase a mainboard from the list of participating models at any of the Promo partner stores from February 27 through April 08, 2018. The list of participating partner stores can be found at the website www.eventasus.com;
• Register the purchase at the website http://www.eventasus.com at any time during the Promo Period, but no later than April 22, 2018;
• Upload a photo of the purchase receipt and invoice or warranty card. The documents (invoices, etc) shall not be moderated unless accompanied by a purchase receipt photo;
• The purchase receipt photo must be high-quality and have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. The photo must show the following information: store name, product name, order number, store seal, purchase date;
• All purchase receipt photos are moderated. A photo may be declined if it does not comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions. The participant shall be notified about the moderation status via the email address specified during his/her registration;
• Each Participant can upload to the Website any number of receipts. One application can get no more than one reward. If there are two or more participating products in a single purchase order, the organizer reserves the right to issue only one reward.

3. Promo Prize Fund

Every person who buys a participating mainboard specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be rewarded by the Organizer and shall receive a money transfer to his/her personal Steam account following these rules:
1. The user's Steam account shall receive funds in the amount of the price of PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS
2. The organizer shall transfer additional funds to the user's Steam account calculated as "Total Reward" - "Cost of a copy of PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS".


The reward total depending on the product category:

High:

• MB – Z270 (STRIX, TUF), Z170 (PRO GAMING)

The reward total is – 50$

Extreme:

• MB – Z370, Z270 (MAXIMUS), Z170 (MAXIMUS,TUF), X99, X299, X370 (STRIX, CROSSHAIR)

The reward total is – 62$

4. Procedure for issuing rewards

1. Every Participant shall be notified about their reward (by a personal message from the Site administrator) via the email address they specified when registering at the Site.
2. The money is delivered by a direct transfer to the user's Steam account specified by the participant during registration and only for purchases made from February 27 through April 08, 2018. The money transfer shall be accomplished from March 13 through April 22, 2018, or until all available rewards are issued.
3. By registering and logging into the Site, the participant agrees that the organizer may process his/her personal data specified in the application form or any other personal data provided by the participant to the organizer in relation to the Promo. This consent shall be effective for 3 (three) years and may be withdrawn by the participant (by means of an appropriate notification).
4. A reward cannot be exchanged for money.
5. An issued reward cannot be returned/exchanged.
6. If the purchased product is refunded, the organizer may demand that the reward be returned.
7. Processing applications and issuing rewards may take up to 14 working days since the application is submitted. If for any reason the reward is not delivered, the participant should contact our tech support at acru_asuspromo@asus.com (for participants from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia).

5. Notifications for participants

1. Promo participants shall be notified about the Promo Terms and Conditions by posting the full text at the website http://www.eventasus.com
2. The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated information shall be immediately published at the website http://www.eventasus.com
3. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the promo ahead of time by publishing a notice at the website http://www.eventasus.com
4. If any attempt at fraud is revealed (e.g. by uploading a false purchase receipt), the organizer shall have the right to block the participant's access to the promo.

6. Final Clauses

1. The organizer shall not be responsible for any failures in the operation of the internet and for any actions of organizations that provide internet access.
2. The organizer reserves the right to deny a participant's access to the promo if his/her actions violate these Terms and Conditions.
3. By taking part in the promo the participant confirms that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. The organizer shall provide tax information to the taxation authorities in relation to the Promo participant's reception of the reward in compliance with the applicable laws of the participating country. The participant shall be responsible for paying any taxes with respect to the reward as required by the laws of the participating country.
5. The relationships of promo participants and the organizer (and any authorized organizations) and any disputes in relation to the Promo shall be regulated by the applicable laws of the country that takes part in the promo.
