PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • This offer only refers to specific product models purchased from the participating stores in the period
of May'05 through June'05, 2022.
  • The rewards will be issued from June'15 through July'15, 2022, or while stocks last.
  • Each application takes 31 days to be processed.
  • You must purchase a participating product in the country of your residence.
*If the purchased product is refunded, the organizer may demand that the reward be returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions of Promo Event "WATCH.PLAY.ENJOY." (hereafter "Rules").

1. General

  1. These Terms and Conditions describe the public promotion "WATCH.PLAY.ENJOY." (hereafter "Promo").
  2. The Promo is open to the public. Any number of persons can take part in it by meeting the required criteria and complying with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promo is carried out in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia at a website located at https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan from May'05 through June'05, 2022 (hereafter "Promo Period").
  4. Applications to take part in the Promo shall be accepted from May'05 through June'05, 2022.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to change the Promo Period and the Reward Issue Period by notifying all the promo participants about its prolongation or termination at the promo website https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan.

2. Promo terms and conditions:

  1. The Promo is open to take part in for any legally capable citizen of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and for any permanent resident of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia ("Participant").
  2. Legal entities are not permitted to take part in the Promo.
  3. The organizer's employees and representatives, their affiliated persons, family members and any persons that are in any way involved in the organization and/or running of this Promo (and their family members) may not take part in the Promo.
  4. The Promo is carried out among participants who meet the criteria specified in these Terms and Condition and comply with their requirements.
  5. To take part in the Promo, it is necessary to:
  6. Purchase ASUS products from the list of participating models at any of the Promo partner stores from May'05 through June'05, 2022. The list of participating partner stores can be found at the website https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan.
  7. Register the purchase at the website https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan at any time during the Promo Period, but no later than June'05, 2022.
  8. Upload a photo of the purchase receipt and invoice or warranty card. The documents (invoices, etc) shall not be moderated unless accompanied by a purchase receipt photo.
  9. The purchase receipt photo must be high-quality and have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. The photo must show the following information: store name, product name, order number, store seal, purchase date
  10. All purchase receipt photos are moderated. A photo may be declined if it does not comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions. The participant shall be notified about the moderation status via the email address specified during his/her registration.
  11. Each Participant can upload to the Website any number of receipts. One application can get no more than one reward. If there are two or more participating products in a single purchase order, the organizer reserves the right to issue only one reward.
  12. The claimed device can participate in only one promotion, even if the organizer holds two or more at the same time. That is, if the buyer has applied for two promotions, the prize will be paid on the first application.
  13. The claim may be rejected if the device is already participating in another promo.

9. Promo Prize Fund

Every person who buys a participating ASUS product specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be rewarded by the organizer with a NETFLIX bonus code up to 75 eur at no charge and in accordance with the purchase data and other information provided as necessary.

10. Procedure for issuing rewards
  1. Every Participant shall be notified about their reward (by a personal message from the Site administrator) via the email address they specified when registering at the Site.
  2. The prize is delivered to the participant's email or address specified by the participant at registration. The prize is only awarded for purchases made during the period from May'05 through June'05, 2022.
  3. By registering and logging into the Site, the participant agrees that the organizer may process his/her personal data specified in the application form or any other personal data provided by the participant to the organizer in relation to the Promo. This consent shall be effective for 3 (three) years and may be withdrawn by the participant (by means of an appropriate notification).
  4. A reward cannot be exchanged for money.
  5. An issued reward cannot be returned/exchanged.
  6. If the purchased product is refunded, the organizer may demand that the reward be returned. Processing applications and issuing rewards may take up to 31 working days since the application is submitted. If for any reason the reward is not delivered, the participant should contact our tech support at acru_asuspromo@asus.com.

11. Notifications for participants

  1. Promo participants shall be notified about the Promo Terms and Conditions by posting the full text at the website https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated information shall be immediately published at the website https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the promo ahead of time by publishing a notice at the website https://www.eventasus.com/bt/wlan.
  4. If any attempt at fraud is revealed (e.g. by uploading a false purchase receipt), the organizer shall have the right to block the participant's access to the promo.

3. Final Clauses

  1. The organizer shall not be responsible for any failures in the operation of the internet and for any actions of organizations that provide internet access.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to deny a participant's access to the promo if his/her actions violate these Terms and Conditions.
  3. By taking part in the promo the participant confirms that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The relationships of promo participants and the organizer (and any authorized organizations) and any disputes in relation to the Promo shall be regulated by the applicable laws of the country that takes part in the promo.
